At fubar-fit.com we train for performance over image because with performance image follows. If you train for image then you will have no performance.

We only teach a realistic approach to training based on ‘facts’ not ‘theory’ and this reflects in the results that people see in the mirror, the human body is an unbelievable machine that is capable of much more than we think.

fubar-fit.com base our training on strength and conditioning which combines weightlifting, sprinting, powerlifting and Kettlebell training, Plyometrics, rowing and medicine ball training to name but a few.

FubarFit personal trainers/coaches will teach you the techniques of all these different exercises and give you all the necessary information on the muscle groups that are being used through every movement performed, information is always factual and never someone’s theory or hearsay. 

fubar-fit.com contends that a healthy, fit person requires proficiency in each of these general physical skills; cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy.

At fubar-fit.com you will be taught all these skills and more, everyone is welcome no-matter what your skill level – we all start at the beginning and develop our technique.

FubarFit members run, row, jump rope, climb rope and carry odd objects.

They frequently move large loads quickly over short distances, and use powerlifting and Olympic weighlifting techniques

FubarFit members also use dumbbells, pull-up bars, kettlebells, and many bodyweight exercises.
A training session is never boring only challenging and FubarFit instructors understand the abilities of all our members which are unique to themselves and therefore all the parameters are taken into consideration, progression, perseverance and adaptation will allow you to achieve your goals and in most cases; go beyond.

It's easy to make a workout hard enough to crush someone, anyone, but there is no point, it doesn’t achieve anything.
