We only teach a realistic approach to training based on ‘facts’ not ‘theory’ and this reflects in the results that people see in the mirror, the human body is an unbelievable machine that is capable of much more than we think.

How and what you become depends on environmental influence so you become who you hang around with. By raising the standards that your peers must meet you'll raise your expectations of yourself. If your environment is not making you better, then you need to change it.
